TOS

1. Acceptance of Terms
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms outlined in this section.2. Payment
Payment shall be taken 50/50. Half must be received before any work is begun at all. The other half may be given at the end of the approved sketch and all is non-refundable once work has entered the coloring stage.
Payment Options Include:
- CashApp (Invoice/Request)
- PayPal (Invoice/Request)
If payment is denied by the end of the piece, the client will be blacklisted from future commissions and the final unwatermarked piece will not be provided.3. Commission Process
Once payment is agreed upon and the commission is accepted, I will begin work on your commission. You will receive updates at key stages (sketch, line art, color, etc.) for approval.4. Revisions
Minor revisions can be made at the sketch and line art stages. Major changes requested after these stages may incur additional fees. Maximum of 3 major changes can be done to the sketch before charges may incur of $5 per change. After the sketch is approved, major changes can not be made to the lineart or painting.5. Completion Time
Please allow a time frame of 3-5 days up to 1-2 weeks depending on complexity, type of piece and que for the completion of your commission. If there are delays, you will be notified. If you are in a que, payment does not have to be received until your slot it next.6. Rights and Usage
As the artist, I retain the rights to the artwork. If it is an OC, the client shall be credited and tagged on any social media the artwork is posted on. If it is a canon character, the original media owner retains rights to the character. You, as the client, may use the artwork for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial use of the artwork may be discussed and requires a separate agreement. An extra fee of 50% of the original price will be required.7. Cancellation and Refund
If you wish to cancel your commission before any work has begun, a full refund will be issued upon request. If work has already begun (sketch or line art), a partial refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed.• I will draw:
- Gore/Horror
- Humanoids
- Furries/Scalies
- Couple/SFW Romantic content
- Canon Characters
- Canon x OC• I will not draw:
- NSFW (Full blown Sexual. Tasteful nudes may be negotiated with an upcharge.)
- Mecha
- Hateful or bigoted themed pieces
